The Big Green Egg is a great place to enjoy easy and delicious juicy ground turkey burgers.
They truly are the BEST! I got carried away with the spice though, tossing in some jalapenos from my garden! The recipe doesn’t call for it but trust me when I say that’s too many spices on these juicy little patties – especially if you’re not used to having such heat through your mouth while eating dinner at 8 pm… good thing Mr squeezes loved them to cause his lips were burning as well after taking one bite.
All in all these juicy ground turkey burgers were a “hot” crowd-pleaser and we’ll have leftovers for the early weeknight dinners. Sunday meal prep is my favorite part of the backyard weekend vibes.

Juicy Ground Turkey Burgers Big Green Egg
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 Turkey Burger Big Pack
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Boars Night Out White Lightning Double Garlic Butter
- Pepperoncini's to your taste buds delight
- 1 Small onion
- 1 Splash of Worchestire Sauce
Instructions
- Place ground turkey in a medium sized bowl
- Crack two eggs and place them in the ground turkey
- Add all seasoning and caress it into the meat
- Form meat patties
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Place on heated Big Green Egg grill plate
- Close lid and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes
- Serve as desired on a bun or protein style with lettuce, tomato and red onion
