Cooking Fire Grilled Pizza on the Big Green Egg makes me feel like a Master Pizzaiolo with secret powers. I invision I’m living in a small town in Italy near the Emerald island and I am the mistress with my little apron waving my pizza stone welcoming those around me to come sit and enjoy.
OK! KING ME!!!! Smoking King Crab on the BGE was a game-changer and adding a little handful of cherry smoked wood added that extra “WOW” factor. Mr. Squeeze had so much butter on his chin it was just dripping as he devoured this heavenly treat.
This may become my absolute favorite way to cook an entire chicken on the big green egg… Juicy!!!!

Hey Sexy. Beer Can (Butt) Chicken was juicy and worth the wait and Mr. Squeeze loved the orange beer, it was hard to get it out of his hand to share with the bird.
