- 2 lb Ground Beef 96/4
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Egg
- ⅓ Red Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- Garlic
- Basil
- 1 Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients into the ground beef and divide into 8-10 patties
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
- Once the Big Green Egg is set and you see clean smoke, place the beef on the grate of the big green egg
- Cook burgers for 3 to 5 minutes per side depending on desired doneness. Top with remaining blue cheese and anything you like.
